ok so I've just got home from my first day at my new job. overall it went pretty darn well! I was shown quickly how to use the switchboard then let lose on it!! Then I had a grand tour of the hotel...can't wait to get to use the swimming pool and the gym its all lush and very modern. I am so impressed cause I even checked-in 2 guests tonight only

thanks hunny, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders now Ive done the first shift. Can't wait for my 3 month trial to be over so I can get using the gym and pool! Keeping my fingers crossed we get mr bedingfield back...think I'd die!

if we have any cricketers in at all I'll let you know cause I don't really know any of them

Yeah, the first shift is always the hardest cause you feel nervous as hell and you're always wprried about doing something wrong or if they're gonna like you or whatever. Not that there was any chance that they weren't going to like you :D
