I've always wondered how the beat cops in Sunnydale managed to
deal with the realities of what happened around them. Nice take on that.

Thanks. I'm trying to improve my writing skills so hopefully you may see other contributions.
Re the police - ditto for me too. I always felt that they just couldn't all be as stupid as they were portrayed. As I said in the author's note, this is part of a larger fic called "Those Whom Moses Forgets" that deals with Carl's career in Sunnydale and his assistance to the Scoobies (unbeknownst to them). I'm waiting for feedback from my beta before editing and posting in my LJ. I'll add a link when I do.
