The place does suck. I work at the one in Clarksville and the security guards just hang out and chat on AIM and Yahoo all day, the trainers are the most inappropriately dressed people in the building (not to mention that they can use their cell phones AT ALL TIMES, yet if we take our cell phones out it'll interfere with the computers... Newsflash, our cell phones aren't any different than theirs), it just fucking blows. Not to mention their attendance policy is really inconvenient for anyone who has a life, or god forbid has a medical/family emergency.

Suck it Convergys!

I also work at convergys in clarksville. I HATE IT... im currently 5 months pregnant with twins, have morning sickness up the wazoo, and have to pee a lot. and stressing out because my PTV is 6% and I might be getting termed on monday... if i get a doctors note, in order to go to the bathroom, i will have to clock all the way out of tks, which would give me a quarter of a point, and then once I reach twelve points im still termed. its unfair and a piss poor way to run a company. I feel there is something illegal going on there honestly... and I am gettign the sharp end of the stick.
