I love how the article doesn't mention that the film did 70 million overseas over the weekend.

The only one I agree with is #5, I think. The marketing was so piss poor, even Hollywood insiders were saying that's the entire reason for the flop. Having seen it with my sci fi loving husband, who is not a Taylor fan, even he said it was a good movie but that the commercials and clips released really didn't tell you what the heck the story was about. Or where, for that matter, which the article really misses on. Unless you already knew the story, the ads give you no clue to that.
