The unwillingness of Chapters/Indigo books to take my resume/cover letter in person just confirmed how stuffy/impersonal/corporate balls-y I've always assumed they were. McNally Robinson however was delighted to take my resume and take down my available hours, confirming their wholesome book selling good vibe-y ways
