I got in a car accident on the way home from work. How the other guy managed to be driving too fast and not watching where he was going in the middle of stop-and-go traffic on [the] 101 is beyond me. After a bit of advice (thanks again, fuzzy_queen!) this should end with a fixed car, no out-of-pocket expenses, and a clean insurance record. Gawd I hope I ( Read more... )

Note: The Santa Teresa DMV often has the shortest wait time with no appointment. And that is good, because the busier DMV's have 30-45 minute waits, minimum with no appointment. And you usually have to book over a week in advance.

I'm here for ya to hear about all the times you get rear ended, and all the times you get in car accidents.

Wow that sucks! was he on a cell phone??? I take it no injuries? My quick fixing car, getting everything done thoughts are with you!

Thanks for the kind thoughts. No idea about the cell phone. I was watching the traffic and the road in front of me like a good commuter. I feel fine this morning, so hopefully I won't have the days and weeks of soreness that I had been dreading.
