I feel obliged to ask just because I do every year. And yes I know I said I wouldn't go back this year, but if there's enough interest I will.

Anyone want to go to ACen? If so we need to book a hotel and start putting costumes together...

To be honest, given that I don't bother with 99% of the con's programming and how unorganized/lackluster last year was (aside from H&MC), it'd almost be just as easy to spend a weekend with friends here, save money, and have the same effect. Just generally ambivalent towards the con. I've had fun there in the past, but is it *really* worth it?

Although I will say I have been thinking about it nonetheless. Been checking the site every other day or so for the past few weeks to see when the room block opens up at the Hyatt.

It would be nice if this year had at least 10% less pain, anguish, and suffering however. Was not a fan of that whole arrangement.
