[Slugger arrives at the base of the front porch looking awkward and out of place. He's never been invited to a birthday party before and he isn't sure why Mindy would invite him anyway. But he figures Pokey will probably be here so it won't be so bad.]

[He allows this, standing there uneasily while he's hugged. Slugger is still unsure how to handle these things so he'll just wait until she's done and stare curiously toward the porch.]

I was just talking to Tad. He's invisible, so it's okay if you can't see him.
