I have burnt my face (and my finger) on my straighteners before now! I had a big line across my forehead from doing my fringe, but luckily it was hidden by said fringe.

PS you look fab!

Thess, I don't know how you can possibly not see you've lost weight, what with the whole ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FACE SHAPE thing you've got happening.

I always wondered about straighteners burning people, it seems quite dangerous to me. :-? But hey, I notice Martha didn't burn her face when she was straightening her hair last week. Martha: 1. Thess: 0.

if it makes you feel better, i recently burned my arm by letting a friend spray it with one of those cans of pressurized air turned upside down (when they're upside down the gas that comes out is SUPER COLD). so, uh, actually i have a cold burn, or frostbite, i guess... all from being like "hey what does this do?"

the last time I heard of a friend doing that was one of my stupid male friends in grade nine... dying
