1. Once upon a time, we were on our way back to Oly from Seattle, in traffic, in the left hand lane, when BOV suddenly developed issues. Pulled over, you pulled up this thing under your feet, ascertained what was wrong, and proceeded to MacGuyer the thing with speakerwire. And it worked. It was also the first day in months that I didn't have duct tape with me.
2. That improvised mechanical aptitude. I've been able to figure out stuff with my car, and goodness knows that sheer force of will seems to work wonders, but damn that was slick.
