Episode 727 - That's one of the reasons she loves him.

Hey, a palindromic episode number. 727. Does that count? Because it's neat. Weird, I didn't get this excited over episode 717.

I was reading along your commentary all lalala mhm mhm and then huh, what, so they do some loving up between them after all? It's not just the really cute friendship keeping kind that made so much sense (also in the last comics)? You just like to prove everyone wrong and smile seraphically, that's all, I know!

It's been cute friendship up to this point. :) Anything else, well, that's up for debate. We know Kitty's had some conflict (and some guilt) about whether it's just friendship or something more.

Hee. Seraphically.

EXACTLY like that. All that's missing is the metric ton of mascara.

This is so exactly, wonderfully, perfectly the comic I needed this morning. I just want to draw hearts around them and squish them and --

Anyway. I'm glad Leslie's keeping her.

Meh...I finally got around to commenting on FH. This is a comment...good god it's been 5 years?...in the making. :D
Anyway, I love your comics. ALL of them, but Fox and Collin have always been my fav. I'm sad you're ending the comic, but hey, you're making newer (hopefully as awesome or better) comics.

Just wish I had been commenting all along. You're really talented.
Anywho. Political correctness is for republicans. lol.
Good comic, Kitty is adorable in how childlike she was gripping on to Leslie.
:D

A straight answer. crotalus_atrox May 6 2009, 16:55:31 UTC
Derringer would not date anyone else without asking Leslie first, or without first mentioning "I'm going to a party; is it cool if I hook up?" Granted, Leslie hates the term 'hook up,' but in general doesn't care as long as Derringer is safe. In general, Derringer hasn't felt like having anyone else in awhile, though.

(Except maybe Paolo, who's pretty sweet, but neither Paolo nor Leslie are down with that, so it's out of Derringer's mind now.)

Derringer encourages Leslie to see other people, if he'd like. Leslie is convinced Derringer has "some sick desire to be part of a harem," and says no, he's too tired and doesn't have the attention span to look for other people. Kitty's different; Leslie is keeping her. Whatever keeping means.

Traditional enough? :)

I just wanted to prove I can give a straight answer.

Derringer agrees with you. Leslie says two is enough. Possibly two too many.

New look for the site? Did you move and I didn't notice until today? Because honestly, I've been watching a lot of Scarecrow & Mrs. King from my kid-days, and wallowing in nostalgia and marvelling at how that show NAILED the attraction between coworkers and did it perfectly, and I've missed a lot lately.

Kitty. I flat-out adore her to pieces and bits. KITTY. I want her body, in the sense that I want to c&p my head onto her body. Kitty and Leslie! Quite possibly my favorite non-couple couple ever. I'm glad he's keeping her, I'm glad she phrased it that way first, and I'm glad she's now going to be oh-so-conflicted about it. I'm mostly glad you write layered characters, haha. ILU Sandra. (ok, S&MK daze and a LOT of coffee this morning. There was an alarm that got turned off instead of snoozed, and a phantom Kenny Rogers circa his hot days [think waaaaay back] who yelled at me to wake up, and it's been a bit of a morning, okay? Besides, you like it when I ramble, or at least I tell myself you do. Please don't disillusion me

I didn't notice the site until today, either. It looks slick.
