The music for the last day is a Mountain Goats Alpha Couple song? Ow ow ow, I think that makes me more worried than having a break-up song listed there would. At least it's not one of the worse songs from the series (although being a Moral Orel fan lends that specific song a whole other level of 'ow').

It never really sank in just how close to the end it is until this update. It's hard to believe that it's really ending next week. I've been reading since the comic was mentioned on Websnark way back in... wow, 2005, and I started loving it pretty much immediately after beginning that first archive binge, so thanks for the years of entertainment! It's sad to see FH go, but everything you've posted about the new comic so far has gotten me really excited to see where you're going to go with it.

Not me. The song is a little heartbreaking, but at the same time it's hopeful - like it says even though our love never made sense and logically should never have existed, even though bad things are going to happen and we're going to screw up and hurt each other; despite all that, I'll be there and make an effort for you if you'll do the same for me. That's the essence Fox and Collin's relationship. I think it's a good sign. I'm hoping at least.

*laugh* I was going to say, yeah, at least it's not something like "No Children", right? But I'm so pleased you got the significance. :)
