Good morning, hostiles! Still me, in for crotalus_atrox while her computer continues to misbehave. But she should be back by Monday!

I had never heard a lot of those songs before, and I just want to say listening to the Mountain Goats song made me choke up a little.
It's the most perfect song for what I hope to be the state of Fox and Collin's relationship at the end of this comic; I know our relationship has tons of problems, but I love you, and we're going to stick with it.

I love how deep a connection I feel with these characters.

I hope you enjoyed the music!

Thanks. That's sort of the note I want to end on; hopefully, it works while leaving things open-ended. Closure and open-ended? Is that possible? I hope so. :)

That is a short tree. But a good looking one, haha.
Juana Molina is awesome, by the way.

Hehe, thanks. It's kind of obvious that I'd hit the "grar, I'm done drawing now. Here's the tree. *scribble*" stage during the flight. :)

I love Juana Molina. That song is so slight and sugary, but feels perfect for drizzly mornings. Well, I think so, anyway.

I think I'll probably cry on the last day. I've never had a comic end while I was reading it (usually discovered it after it was done), I feel so invested.

Oh, BTW, I must say I love how casual and comfortable they look with each other here.

OMG I LOVE FAKE PALINDROMES. And Willie Nelson, on principle. Fabulous. =D

How fitting that they're looking in completely opposite directions, oblivious to the other's vacant staring. And how fitting that they're doing so while still so close to each other.

Oops, I'm reading too much into this.

Anyhow, I may have jumped on the Friendly Hostility bandwagon a little late (only started reading a year ago, wow, almost to the day) but having caught up on the archives of both BMB and FH, I have to say it's taking a conscious effort not to cry. I have so much invested in these characters. I just hope that I keep the investment when OPB starts up.

Thank you so much for all you've done!

Thank you for reading, though. I'll be a little teary on the last day, if it helps.
