Shouldn't the ball finance come out of the McIntosh Committee Budget? Ask your Treasurer.

It comes out of the Hall budget, thus isn't Jules' own money, but as Blincow, the hall treasurer has gone away for Reading Week and Jules forgot to harass him for the cheque book he is unable to pay for the ball.

Luckily, there's still two people in hall who can sign cheques and who the RMs like enough to let them go into Blincow's room to look for the cheque book.

So all is not lost yet Jules...
