I know that I'm an extremely messed up individual. Many have said it, even more have thought it I'm sure, but I don't think it can ever be said better than the eloquent way my shrink put it. I always thought bad judgments were part of life. Something like "to err is human" but how we react to those mistakes defines who we are as people. Most of my mistakes (lots of them) led me to developing into the person i am today, so I can't really regret those mistakes, as I like who I am. Likewise, you've learned enough that you want to avoid the messy and complicated and stay black and white. Though if you really wished to do so, psychiatry might not be for the best, as it's all about grey areas and how you handle them. At least, in my horrible opinion.
