did they actually ask you all those questions? we usually just give the customer the form that has all the choices (and pictures) and you circle the ones you want. which staples did you go to?

staples does sell easy buttons. and no, they are not at all functional. we make fun of them all the time when we're not being annoyed by them.

I went to the Staples on University. The girl who served me had a very squeaky voice.

They didn't ask me all those questions. I got the form. But really. It's an effing stamp. I don't give an eff. Effing work. Not giving me appropriate stamp-buying info. Eff them, the effers.
