Yes, it's that time of year, again. The Fringe Gift Exchange is open to fanfic, podfic, fanart, and fanvids; on the fic side, anything goes- all we ask for is a minimum word count of 750, that kinks are tagged, and warnings included. You do not need to have a Dreamwidth account to participate.

I just joined the community... is there a chance I could enter into the exchange? Thanks!

The Fringe Exchange that I'm running at Dreamwidth? No, I'm sorry. The signup is closed and assignments went out weeks ago. I am considering running another Fringe exchange or challenge of some kind in the spring so hang in there. In any case, in a little over a month there will be plenty of new fanworks to enjoy.

Are you participating in the rewatch?

Okay, thank you. I have only recently looked into the Fringe fandom online. I've watched through the series 3 times, although sadly I did not discover the show until a few months after it ended. I've been an avid person in the Bones fan community online, but I'm new to Fringe fan communities. I'm actually in the process of writing my first Fringe fic (although it's a crossover with Bones and I posted it a few days ago on here), but I'd love to start writing more Fringe stories since there are so many ideas swimming around in my head! I'm no stranger to fanfiction... I originally started with X-Files fics back in the late 90s, and more recently Bones.

I look forward to the spring then! Although I do enjoy reading fanfic, I would much prefer writing more! :)

I didn't know about the rewatch, thank you for linking me to it! I will definitely look into it. :) I'm currently on my 4th play-through of the series. My husband thinks I'm crazy, although he enjoyed the show the first two go-rounds... haha.

I've been a fan since the beginning of season three. This is only my second time through although I've rewatched season three over and over. I'm obsessed with the Redverse. Well, welcome to the madness. You should make an account at DW. I actually know more Fringe fans from there than here although there were more people here back in the day. And Tumblr.

I'm not familiar with Bones. How much do you need to know to read your fic?
