Being cut off from you completely hurts. I thought it would help, but it doesn't. It only makes things worse. I think those small communications -- unanswered as they were -- were the one thing that was keeping me sane. I can't eat. I can't sleep. I can't concentrate. If there's light at the end of the tunnel, I don't see it. I guess I need to talk to someone. I don't want to end up a statistic.
