Sugar is good, as is dancing - we have dancing in the Gardens tonight and tomorrow night (if you can be bothered with coming through to Edinburgh)

ooh dancing...unfortunately I'm working late tonight and my dad was over to help do more work on my flat yesterday so still no dancing for me...had sugar tho :-)
