So it is another not terribly exciting day. It started with a Grand round but due to the lack of complex cases became a teaching session. I have just come back from a duller than dull pointless meeting about the new "e-portfolio" which really did not require an hour long session. So i'm at work on day 2 of 3 13 hour shifts, the unit is scarily not full (this does not bode well for my coming nightshift) and thus has reopened. I am however rather taxingly covering both SCBU and NICU with my reg as the other reg and SHO are doing exams. Fortunately as already stated the unit isn't full!
