Mmm cupcakes!

Since it's soooo cold outside, and my sweetie is still coughing up a storm (but otherwise feeling better), I decided to work on some comfort foods for us today.  Since I had all those eggs that accidentally froze in the shell, and a bunch of recipes I'd like to try out, I went with cupcakes.
