Hmmmm... I can't decide which of those sound best! I did a double take at the frist name, but really, a rose by any other name smells as sweet, right? And chocolate cookies with dark and white chocolate chunks can't be bad. But maybe the Amaretto Almond White Cocolate squares would make my top list.
Yes, those were quite nummy - very much like a fudgey white brownie in texture. All of these reipes (except the Vietnamese banana cake) were from cookbooks by Dede Wilson: A Baker's Field Guide to Chocolate Chip Cookies & Bake it to the Limit.
