How to come out from the shower into freezing cold air without shivering.
1) Place towel close to shower door
2) Shower as normal
3) Stay under the shower stream but slowly by slowly decrease the cold water. Up until the point you're almost sweating.
4) Quickly turn off water, reach out for towel and bring it into the shower cubicle and close cubicle ( Read more... )
