Our sofa problems

The three seater sofa (and ottoman) John and I bought wouldn't fit into our apartment... or more like it won't fit through the stairwell although it fitted through the door. The delivery ppl wanted to break through the stairwell window (they sounded a little too enthusiastic about it if you asked me) but we decided against it since our apartment is
