My phone line was cut off… So I just made an excruciatingly long phone call (1 Hour on work time!! ERKS! ) to Optus today and sorted everything out. Nope, I did not accidentally missed a bill and that’s why it was cut off. Was just talking to Dave about this word "Engaged" and what it really means... To me it feels a little bit like we're in limbo... Kinda like when you call someone on the phone and the tone goes engaged and for that split second, you think "now what"?
