I have a new love for movie soundtracks.  I've always liked them but lately they seem to grab my attention.  Now that I've got some money coming in....thanks to Horsford's! I decided to splurge a little and go itunes shopping.  I've been pondering buying the soundtrack to the movie "Chocolat" and today I finally did it.  It's a wonderful collection

I have wanted the October Sky soundtrack for awhile, but it's not on iTunes and it was always real expensive, even used, on amazon.com. I finally found it real cheap (and questionably legal) online a couple days ago.

My music collection is also loaded with soundtracks. Maybe I'll send you a DVD of them, if you like.

As much as I love that sound track (October Sky) I couldn't justify spending $45 for it. Where did you find it "cheep?" I'd enjoy getting a collection of soundtracks from you! We should do a soundtrack swap. I think I've gotten several from you in the past. We spent some time potting to Pirates of the Caribbean, it had a good rhythm.

Yeah I couldn't justify spending that much either. I found this mp3 download site based in Russia: legalsounds.com

You have to create an account and add at least $20 or so before you can download anything, but it's all really cheap (9 cents a song) and most is real good quality, although I did hear a little clicking on just one track so far. I got a ton of stuff because I wanted to use up all my charges.

I'll put together some music for you sometime soon :)

I love epic/geek movie/geek television soundtracks... hahahaha! Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Narnia, Potter, Gladiator, Band of Brothers, Doctor Who series 1-3, some from that King Arthur movie, etc.

I love just about all the ones you listed! Though I haven't listened to Gladiator, Band of Brothers or Doctor Who. Star Wars is indeed epicly awesome!. I hope you are well.

I have the Gladiator soundtrack if you want it. It is truly epic! My Favorite soundtracks right now are: The Island; Eragon; Independence Day; Nanny McPhee (very humorous themed; Robots; and Speed Racer.

I agree that epics and adventure movies tend to have the best soundtracks, but partly I believe that to be true because most other kinds of movies these days don't have scores just musical cues to popular songs. (Nothing wrong with that, but I find for my writing or letting my imagination go that scores work better.
