Damn, I really need to start running again.
I've read that exercising in the morning is great because it keeps your metabolism higher than normal throughout most of the day. You know, as long as you don't take a nap or something. But I don't remember where I read that. For all I know it was on a bazooka joe wrapper or something.
Ok, just don't trust my advice anymore. That is all.
