So, I'm trying to eat better now. With a lack of any time to exercise, I've started to put on weight. I need to start swimming again. Anyway... So I'm eating subway for lunch and drinking lots of water. All I know is that when I used to walk/jog/run in the morning I would always get suddenly tired and literally fall right into sleep between 11pm and midnight. But I would wake up at 5am and I'd feel perfectly rested and I'd be able to go the whole day awake until 11pm again... but only if I ran in the morning.

Damn, I really need to start running again.

I've read that exercising in the morning is great because it keeps your metabolism higher than normal throughout most of the day. You know, as long as you don't take a nap or something. But I don't remember where I read that. For all I know it was on a bazooka joe wrapper or something.

Ok, just don't trust my advice anymore. That is all.

Yeah, I feel guilty to. I need to go to the gym, but I have had this nasty cold that has settled into my chest. Oh well.
