12. It's 18 in Norway too, and I went to the US twice between the age of 18 and 21. It was really quite strange, suddenly being too young to have a beer in a restaurant even.

12. Judging by several of the questions, this was intended for an American audience, where the drinking age is 21. But yes, even I, who was raised so straight laced it was just shy of being Amish, had at least a taste of an alcoholic drink before 21

And yes I will admit I don't really know how much patriotism is pumped into young americans these days. Obviously we only ever hear of the most extreme stereotypical instances.
