Exercise, weight and junk

So, I realize its been a long time since I posted anything on this topic.  I have continued to exercise regularly, eat better and watch my weight.  I think the last thing I said was that I'd achieved 180 and was shooting for my "ideal" weight of 172.  Since that time I have neither lost, nor gained ground, but hovered reliably around 180 for ( Read more... )
