OK, couple pictures from this weekend.  Tommaso and I towed the house out to Pennsic (totally uneventful trip, thank the ghods) and slapped on the roof.  I'll be doing one more set of pictures when we return to Pennsic on Saturday of the finished product, with windows uncovered.  I put plywood over them for the trip, and left them in place as I

And I can't wait to show it to you! :-D I haven't actually put it on "full" display yet, since I had the windows covered at land grab, and left them that way. So you'll see the Grand Opening first-hand.

Gosh, thanks. *blush* Slept in it both nights at Land Grab. In our regular bed on Friday night, and in the boys' loft Saturday night (since I didn't want my dad and his bad hip climbing up the ladder). Its quite cozy. Of course, I'm still anxious to see what its going to be like once we actually get all our stuff unpacked in there. ;-)

Hey - what route did you use? 80? How bad were the construction delays?

Thanks! Yeah, we went out 80. Westbound delays were virtually non-existant. At one point we slowed down to 40 mph, but that was the worst of it. Had some issues on the way home yesterday, but nothing TOO serious.

Good news, everyone!
I am debating whether to take 80 or the turnpike. I may try 80 after all. I know I could hit traffic delays on the turnpike, but I can't guess which is worse - those or cattle chute delays. Thanks.

Well, a lot of it depends on when you drive too, of course. When the family drives out we usually leave very early in the morning and we miss pretty much all the traffic.

I'm so jealous I could SO hate you right now. I may just have to figure out how to stage a coup... Oh! Does it have closets? I worked for that chick in Japan... *grin*

Heh Don't hate me for my quaint little house. Hate me because it has a refrigerator in it. ;-) It has a "closet". Essentially, an open-fronted cabinet with a clothing pole to hang things on. It also has shelves and benches with built-in storage. Did I mention the refrigerator? :-D
