A journey with no steps at all...

Eilean Donan made me cry! We were driving around the winding Scottish roads turned a bend and wham! There in front of us was this most amazing castle. The brakes went on and we just got out of the car and stared. Luckily it was a VERY quiet road.

It is almost dreamlike, isn't it? I haven't seen it 'in person' but I knew I knew it, if that makes sense. It's a lovely show. I was watching the road signs as they headed north, and I just had to go in search of a location guide.

And Scotland is all organised as regards Oliver's Travel's; but the locations I really hanker after are Lindisfarne and Hadrian's Wall, I confess. And Mollie Sugden making me 'a plate of cholesterol' for breakfast. Which of course will NEVER happen. :)

Lindisfarne is one of my bliss places. Hadrian's wall is in my home territory too - planning a fic based around the building of the wall :D

Hehe, my mam does a pretty good cholesterol plate ;)

You have all the bases covered!
Will there be any characters in this fic that we might recognise?

Mmmm, cholesterol. So wrong, yet so tasty!

I'm glad! Yes, I know it's been criticised for various reasons, and it's left a fair bit out, and changed things around from the book. But it was an entertaining film, and when said film runs at around 150 minutes, that's GOT to be good!
