I think we all do to a certain extent, I've gotten better at it, but it does depend on who's the one hating me. If it's someone who I barely see, it's not a big deal, but if it's a supervisor I work under-- it's hard to ignore.

After spending most of tonight working with my daughter's meltdown, I printed this off for her, to hang up in her room. It really fit what she was crying so hard about tonight.

I browse the web looking for quotes, and then pair them with images I find. This pairing spoke to me for some reason.

They are well-suited. I wish that the last line was a different. Something like "...and some won't like you at all, but that doesn't lessen who you are."

I understand that; however, for me this was implied in the first line. All you can ever control, all you can ever be is yourself. There is beauty in realizing just that.
