If you want to know the truth, my head's been spinning since the day I found out! I still cannot believe it! But ohhhhhhh, I am so very happy!!!
"I hope you'll be motivated to write more and more fics in which Frodo is moved."
Heehee! But of course! I have to tell you though, when I got the fantastic news about the win, my first thought - aside from the immediate disbelief - was that Frodo would probably be a little ticked about it - or at me! Simply because it just so happens (though I'm not really sure why) that I tend to want to make Frodo slightly... emotionally unstable, if you will? I can only attribute it to the fact that if Frodo is emotionally unstable then Sam will, of course, have to comfort him. And stars above, who doesn't want to see that?! ; ) And perhaps it could be that I'm simply doing it for Sam, for we all know that Sam thinks Frodo exceptionally beautiful when he's moved, right? I mean, Sam even told Frodo so
( ... )
Oh nonononononononononono. Do not worry about Frodo! Look, he took the ring to Mordor to save the Shire. I am sure he doesn't mind being portrayed as "being built too close to the water" as we say in German, if it means making you, Sam and your readers happy! After all, it is obvious that he likes Sam taking care of him and all that that usually leads to... :D
How are you? I hope things have been going well for you. I will try and email you later today, or tomorrow, for I'll be gone most of the day. But I'm so glad you popped in! And I thank you very, very much for the congrats!
Dear Frodo Naatulien, I'm Melyanna from Italy. I'm so glad you won GMA with your fabolous fic. I've read it several times, and I loved each passage. It's mysterious, dark, sweet and hot alltogether. Frodo and Sam are my favourite characters (of all the fictions around the world!). I've always thought that there is a strong bond between them, stronger than simple friendship or devotion. That's why I'm a rabid reader of slash fanfiction. I like to read about these two lovely hobbits in love, sharing minds and bodies. And you succeeded wonderfully in this depiction of love. Thank you for sharing, I'd like to read more from you. Love. Melyanna
Wow! Thank you so much for your lovelylovely comment! : ) I'm all smiles!
And you've read my fic several times?! Wow! I'm so glad you liked it! I certainly had fun writing it. I'm sure, after reading it, you can easily guess that Frodo and Sam are my favorites too. ; )
Oh, I'd love for you to read my other stories. Although, I only have four stories online at the moment. You can find all of them, of course, in 'my memories' section on my journal user info page. Three of them (including Cornfields) are archived at Room for a Little More. My very first fic, called Stay with Me you'll only find in my memories section. And even though it is my very first fic and very special to me, it is actually my favorite one. There is so much love between the two of them in it. If you get a chance to read it, I hope you like it too. : )
Big hugs to you Melyanna! Thank you again for reading my fic and for leaving that lovely comment to brighten my day! : D
Good morning! Her Majesty the Squeen of Slashdom hereby requests the gracious presence of her illustrious subject Ms Frodo Naatulien for a May Day Garden Party being held here at Slashing-'Em Palace. Formal dress optional. (For any male hobbits attending, kindly note that being dressed at all is not an option). BYOB (bring your own bubbly -- sorry but the Palace is currently having to economise).
Oh, and White Rabbits to you, my dear (for May 1st)! :-) ~Squeenie
And a jolly good morning to you, too, Her Majesty Squeenie !
A May Day Garden Party?! At Slashing-'Em Palace?!! Oh, what a grand idea!!!
And since the male hobbits are strictly forbidden to cover their... ahem... pretty, male hobbit bits (an even grander idea!) well, then, I say - you've twisted my arm and I should love to attend. And I will make sure to bring my own hobbit, erm bunny, erm bubbly. Cheers and White Rabbits to you too! : D
Mmmmmm, pretty male hobbit bits, pretty male hobbit bits *repeats to self like a mantra*
Great party, wasn't it -- I think Squeenie is still having a great time polishing off all the bubbly that she inveigled the guests into bringing along! (Inveigled? Is that the right word? Sounds good anyhow! ;-) )
Glad you're back in town again! Thanks for the messages -- decided to wait before e-mailing you back with all my ramblings, but will get onto that soon ... ~Lyra

Start with a little Frodo boo-hoo-hoo-ing, throw in lots of Sam comfort, and finish with loads and loads of Frodo/Sam lovin'!!! : D
There’s nothing can compare! And we all leave with happy smiles on our faces! You just can’t beat it! : D
