Today, I looked at different apartments/townhouses off campus with Elliot. If everything goes well, by the end of this week, Katy, Elliot, Matt and I will have an apartment reserved for next year. Yay! Oh, and last night, I only got one hour of sleep because I ended up staying up and painting. I should make a list of the final stuff I need to do:
1. Color 2D design
2. B&W 2D design
3. 4 drawings in a series
4. edit 8 drawings for portfolio
5. edit writing portfolio
6. study for english final
7. study for art history final

Phew. Now I can see all that I need to do. I probably should do that edit portfolio thing, it's due tomorrow. X_X Now I'd like to rant about something as well...

Yesterday at Rose (dining hall), the cashier was a total bitch to me. It all started with me buying a basket of chicken fingers and I asked her for a fountain soda (and she gave me a cup for it). Then, I gave her my card to pay for my food. She handed it back to me, but as I headed over to the soda dispenser, she yelled, "Hey! Come back here, you didn't pay for that." I returned, obviously confused. She plucked the cup away from me, saying I didn't pay for it. "Okay...," I said, pulling out my ID card to have her put it on my card. "No, you have no flex (extra money aside from meals) left. The drink is an extra $1.25"
Me: Oh...really? Well then--
Bitch: Did you want this drink?
Me: Yes.
Bitch: Well, you can't have it.
Me: Can't I pay for it with this?! *holds out debit card*
Bitch: *grabs card from me*
Me: *sets down wallet from which I had just withdrawn said debit card, laying my ID on top of it*
Bitch: Put that away, NOW. I don't want you to end up losing it. (This was said in a very demanding, angry voice.)
Me: *looks at her incredulously, but complies*
Bitch: (while I'm signing the receipt) Now, every time you buy chicken fingers, the drink will be an extra $1.25 so you'll have to pay with your money.
Me: Ok. (I proceed to storm away with my food)

Elliot's girlfriend, Katy, has been experiencing the same bitchiness from that lady, so we've decided to make it our goal to report her some time this week.

By the way, today I checked with two different cashiers, and they said I have $6.28 left on my flex. Interesting...
