So one of my brothers who lives in washington got arrested and put in jail in chicago last week, which was weird because he lives in wa, so why would he be in chicago? All we knew was that there was a brief message on my mom's answering machine saying he was in a cook cty jail. that was it. no way to contact or find out what was going on. so Sunday

Thats awesome. I think they should waive all punishment, the fact that your brother was in Arkansas should be punishment enough.

no kidding! not to mention the fact that it was over 10 years ago which means he's been out of the country at least 10 times which means he's gone thru customs at least 10 times and he's been living in the same residence for at least 5 years... i mean, if they'd wanted to catch him, why didn't they just call him up? geez. maybe arkansas was short on stuff to do... or cash. lol
