I don't generally have anything against any other races, but I am really fucking starting to hate Russians. Yesterday they fucked over my computer with their Trojan.Zlob.G shit, which I fixed. Now TODAY I've just started getting a shitload of spam e-mails that I've apparently sent being bounced back to my address. The spam is in Russian

damnnnn, that sucks. Try MailWasherFree (http://www.mailwasher.net/), I use it on one of my accounts. It basically recognizes authentic mails and mark spam for deletion. Once you have your list of authentic mail and spam marked correctly (I've never had to make corrections to the list, it works pretty nicely) you press the "PROCESS" button and it deletes the spam AND also it makes your host return a "mails address not existent" to the sender (spammers). It reduced dramatically the spam I got from that account (it went from 400 a day to 90, sometimes even less). It's also pretty good for previewing your inbox mails before downloading it to your computer.

Cool, thanks man. Does it work when you check your e-mail online? Because I don't use Outlook or any other mail client.

I e-mailed my e-mail host, Yahoo, with my problem. I haven't heard from them yet (except for an autoreply saying they got my e-mail). The bounced e-mails seem to be slowing down...

Damn I hate spammers. I told my sister this morning and she was like, "Who the fuck gave Russians computers anyway?"

Yeah, I did that pretty much straight after I discovered I was being spoofed. Things have mostly stopped now, but I'm still getting one or two bouncing back occasionally. Not like the 50+ I discovered last night after being away from the computer for only a couple of hours.
