I always read such rave reviews for progesterone but I often wonder if it would help me at all or be noticeable. So few of those types of things do.

There are lots of reasons behind his horrible childhood. Drugs, alcoholism, mental illness, and sleep deprivation due to his father's job are the main reasons. Since we've had kids, Aaron actually understands his father better and has forgiven a lot.
It's taken almost 3 weeks, but I'm finally starting to notice a difference with the progesterone. She had me do 10 mg the first 10 days of my cycle and then 30 mg for days 11-26. I'm noticing more of a difference now that I've bumped up to 30, so maybe that means I need a higher dose. I'm not sure.

Yeah, I suppose becoming a parent opens people's eyes about their own childhood.
That's great that the progesterone is working! What is the difference you feel?

The big things that I've been able to tell so far is that I'm not losing as much hair (it also feels different) and I can sleep! And sleep is good!! ;)
