[It takes her a moment...but she does notice Len.]

*Howdy there, neighborino! Fio takes a peek outside and sees the girl selling popsicles. In December. OUTSIDE. The girl doesn't look like one of these weird "drones", so Fio decides to watch just a bit longer.

Even though an ice pop sounds delicious for some reason*

[Popsicles are always delicious! Cirno thinks so, anyway, and she knows best, right?

She pours some juice into a cup and freezes it, making a popsicle for herself while she waits for more customers.]

*Whoa, did that girl just freeze the juice instantly? Fio keeps watching like a nosy neighbor. She -could- go outside to meet other people, but she's still skeptical of her surroundings. Man, a popsicle would be awesome right about now...*

[frogsicles]

[Cirno chomps away at her popsicle, chases down a drone kid and forces one on him, and returns to her stand.]

[Fran wanders past on her way home from school, wearing a scarf not just for the weather but to cover up some fresh neck stitches from the cold. She pauses as she sees the sign and then looks up at the enterprising fairy]

I'll take one~

[frogsicles]

Okay!

[She makes a popsicle for Fran and hands it over, then gives her a once-over.]

Why're you all sewed up like that? Did you fall apart and hafta be put back together?

Sometimes I do, yes, but not that often~ My father made me in his lab, so it's very good work~ My head fell off recently and I needed fresh stitches~
