Recipe: Mini Meatloaves

As per your request, find below a recipe:

This one is loosely adapted from one I saw in a magazine.

Please note all measurements are Metric/Aussie.
I've made this one a couple of times. It's quick and easy.
It should be enough for four people.

Mini Meatloaves

*500g beef mince (or lamb)
*1/2 C tomato sauce (or bbq sauce)
*1 small carrot (or zuccini), grated
*1 small onion, minced
*1/2 C breadcrumbs
*2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1. Preheat oven to 190c
2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with hands until well combined.
3. Shape into evenly sized balls (slightly larger than ping-pong balls). You should have about twelve.
4. Put the meat balls into an appropriately sized muffin or friand pan. Lining the tray is recommended but not required. Use something non-absorbent like alfoil.
5. Glaze with a little tomato sauce if desired.
6. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes of until cooked through.
7. Carefully remove from pan. Recommended for serving with fresh veggies and mash.

Let me know if you try this one!
