DAYUMN. I was pregnant and that was bad enough. I can't even imagine being in actual LABOR. HOLY HELL.. (though now I'll tell you that I got a flat tire on on my way to Day 2 GOD I DID NOT NEED THAT EXTRA STRESS).

Ohhh my god, I think I would have had a frakking breakdown. Even without that, I had to do deep breathing exercises during the extra hour they made us wait around to start.
The person who judged the woman for endangering her health for a test annoyed me. Hey, if she, remarkably, could maintain her concentration, I can understand not wanting to have to go through taking it again. And the bar is not like a regular exam where you can schedule a makeup in a few weeks.
Coincidentally, a co-worker recently mentioned to me how, with her second child, she was in active later for some time before heading to the hospital. She simply didn't want to go any earlier than she had too. She finally went went when her mother told her she was going NOW. ;)

Yeah, that comment annoyed me too. I can only imagine that person doesn't fully understand how labor or the bar exam work; i.e., it's usually not like on tv, where you're perfectly normal one minute and then suddenly the baby's coming now; and like you say, you can't schedule a make up with the bar. It would be two months of studying down the drain, and she'd have to do it again in February with a full-time job and a small baby. Plus, someone on another blog commented that she was sitting near this woman during the test and would have had no idea anything out of the ordinary was happening if the proctors hadn't kept coming over the check on her. (She'd told them she might need to leave early).
