Really really? It's a dream come true!!! I loved this first entry and look forward to the rest. So much love for this indomitable girl. (perfect word for her)
It took me a while to really understand and appreciate Cally, but now I'm able to fully appreciate her character. She got a really raw deal in the end.
I was never a Cally-hater, but it took me a while to really come to love her. (I was always somewhat defensive of her because of the fandom hatred of her for "marrying the guy who broke her jaw," at the same time fandom worshipped that same guy.) And word on the raw deal.:/
All these pics!! And this post! I love it. And I never thought about the Pegasus thing but I think you're totally right; Cally was always headstrong that way, and I can't see her going along with brutality against human civilians. And I always love that it was her who stood up to the crew guys being creepy misogynists despite having no epic love for the Cylons herself.
Not really on topic, but that last picture amuses me. Cally looks tall, when really Nicki Clyne is much shorter than Jenn Halley. And Gaius has that "I'm looking at someone you can't see" look on his face. Or maybe he's about to experience the Rapture, I dunno. Hee!
Anyway, yay Cally! Yay for Cally posts! And yes, I like getting to see someone not like me on TV. (I'm not the poster child for impetuous acts, I'll say that much for myself.)

This probably should not have made me LOL, but it did. Ack, Pegasus!

It makes me wonder how she would have reacted to the mutiny, if she'd been around (even leaving out the Tyrol and Nicky issues).
