Argh! I really screwed up with the length of the readings. I'm sorry you had to do this in two parts. *head desk*
But you read beautifully and nailed those names you were worried about pronouncing. :D:D:D I love that you include photos with your readings. That really adds to the experience.
I've always loved that moment when Frodo throws back his hood to let the sun fall on his face. Can't you just see him?
Don't worry about it - I realized after the first try that it would fit in one post and decided right away not to try to rush the reading to make it fit. That would have led to mistakes all over the place!! A few of those sentences were tongue twisters - and going slow was the only way!!
I'm glad you enjoyed the pics - I do like trying to find pics that go along with what I read!!
I really could picture Frodo enjoying that sunshine - and the fact that it's so cold here today really set the mood for this passage. It was cold but sunny so I really could relate to Frodo after several days of greyness and storms.
I did post a comment with the links to this so I think I followed all the rules!!
Thanks to YOU for organizing all of this!! *hugs back*
when reading from this colorful book, and looking at the perfect pictures from the film you chose, it makes this place 100%, absolutely real. i love the vision of frodo removing his hood for the sunlight to hit him.
i listened to the first part, but would comment on the last. you read nicely. better than i ever could. it's good to hear your voice too.

It's so cold here today, and the Fellowship is rarely warm in this passage. *shivers with them*
