being, me i think that 12) is possibly the most important (though i suppose it might rely on some of the other numbers happening first) and 4) and 8) are the coolest. you should definitely do those. personally, i like reading stuff (academic books, nerrrrrd) while doing cardio at the gym. multitasking for the win!
Somehow I knew you'd say that. Yeah, I need to see the doc. But it is all scary and stuff. I don't like to be thinking about my illness. It makes me all icky.
And yeah, I'm trying to work out the order to do these things in. I guess 12 should be number 1.
plus, i don't know about you, but my specialists tend to have a bit of a waiting list...
feeling icky about being/feeling pathologised is...well, icky. but so is not being able to eat food, no? nuts are good and i am grateful that they're one of the things i can eat (most of the time
