Puck, for the life of him, couldn't remember ever being hit that hard in his life. Maybe he really wasn't supposed to date, because it didn't seem to have led him to the best stroke of luck. One minute, he'd been out with Mike, and the next, Kurt was replaying The Night They Did Not Speak Of on video and taking a swing at him. The next memory he had was of waking up in the hospital, with a really nice doctor telling him just to relax while he checked him out. He got stitches.and the doctor had told him he had a pretty bad concussion, and that he needed to rest. How he managed to remember everything with the splitting headache he had, he'd never know. It felt roughly like someone had gone all My Bloody Valentine on his head with a pick axe

Mike hesitated for a bit before he came over to the side of the bed and hovered there instead. How was he supposed to explain this to Puck? "Um..." he began quietly. He knew what it was like to have a concussion. He remembered one time in college where he lost his footing in the middle of a dance number and face-planted the stage. He completely knocked himself out and ended up with stitches and a concussion, probably much like Puck was here now, only Mike's injury hadn't been from a fist.
He looked over Puck's in concern. Shit, Kurt really had done a job on him. Mike was pretty sure he had never seen Kurt that angry before, and considering how many bitch moments he had, that was saying something. "No, dude. Kurt and Blaine aren't here. I'm not sure where they are. Kurt did you hit you, yeah. He was beyond pissed, dude, and um... as soon as he hit you, he just got in his limo and left. He didn't even look back. I did try calling Blaine, but his phone was switch off. So, I checked Facebook to see if there was anything there, and there

Glancing up at Mike, Puck could tell something was off, but he wasn't sure what it was. Nor was he sure why he was playing twenty questions, when his head hurt so much that the slightest sound made it worse. He found himself wondering briefly if this was what those epic migraines Blaine got felt like. His head was pounding, and Puck felt sure his brain was going to come out all the orifices in his head at any given moment, it was just a matter of time

Mike really wanted to reassure Puck at that point about Kurt's forgiveness, but he had seen that look in Kurt's eyes right before he put his glasses back on and went back to his limo. There wasn't any forgiveness there at that point, just pure anger and possibly even betrayal. If there was one person in this world Kurt trusted with Blaine to not hurt him, or hurt Kurt himself, it was Puck. Puck was really the only guy Kurt left Blaine's sole welfare in control of, and now this. It could be damaging beyond repair, and that was why Mike hoped that Kurt wouldn't need to find out about this. Puck had been drunk and the last thing he would want to do was hurt Blaine or Kurt, but it had happened and Kurt was taking it just as he would take anyone trying to take liberties with his man
