I'm going to tell you this based on the opinion of being friend and not another face in the interwebs.

Listen to yourself. No on else. If something feels wrong go to a doctor, if something sounds wrong, go to an encyclopedia. Base your ideas balanced through your own knowledge and intuition based on hard facts that have been dissected.

WebMD can only give you so many answers, so can google. Seriously. Go to places that were there before the internet before you make rash decisions.

And if you're wasting your time on anything, ask yourself this....if it is a waste of time in conventional measures does it teach you anything or give you any greater good in any measure. Figure out where you want to be and what you want to do and go from there. Sometimes it's okay to take a side road because it could help you down the road whenever something happens that isn't in your plans.

I hope this makes sense since I've had a bottle of 1.5l of wine.
