... depressed. Everything seems like a chore. Seriously, even getting up in the morning. I don't like taking a shower, getting dressed, fixing food, (although, unfortunately, I have no problem eating it) cleaning, doing laundry, grocery shopping, or driving anywhere. I have no desire to socialize, volunteer or be out in public. I'm extremely

Try taking extra Vitamin D - I mean, like 5000IU per day. It takes about 300,000IU per day to overdose, I think. =) Vitamin D really helps with depression and fatigue - the general "zapped" feeling you have - and because it's winter, not much sunlight, which is where you get a lot of natural Vitamin D!
And don't be afraid to get help if you need it! You have a ton of pressure on you with the boys and school on top of that?! Boy! I'd be zapped, too! You're totally NOT a loser and it's not an excuse - it's absolutely valid.
I hope you feel better soon!

And you're right, that sounds like depression. There are natural ways to get your head to release serotonin though. You can use them! I'm probably way too tired to try and make a list, but you can always Google it, and if I have time when I wake up (I should have been asleep over an hour ago >_>) I'll try and do it for you.
People poopoo natural remedies as not working, but if you can get your brain to squirt out the EXACT SAME STUFF that's in an anti-depression medication, there's really no reason not to do it! :D

As far as McG is concerned... no added stress. But I hope you know that you are free to find somewhere closer or more convenient to your work at any time. I love to see him, but I know it is a long day, made longer by your drive here and back, twice! Plus, I also know I will still get him on "date nights" and the occasional weekend when daycares are closed.
And lastly, I would really enjoy a coffee/pedicure day... especially your treat! I'd love the break from my routine and my feet need it desperately!
P.S. You rock on that tiny keyboard... posting and commenting!

I think it's been a really long winter for everyone (literally and figuratively). Between the weather (in Spokane anyway!), all the crap about the economy, etc, etc... it would be nice to see a rainbow at the end of the storm.
Keep your chin up, but remember, sometimes it's okay to feel blue for no good reason!
