I expected my first day at Malaise House to be hectic as I adjusted to the new environment, but... I didn't really expect anything to the extent of the chaos I actually found. Fortunately for you, your arrival was after we were ordered to not dole out any medications until we get everything back in order - which will be tomorrow. Count your blessings there, kid, you're one of the lucky few that managed to scrape by unscathed by this epic screw up.

You'll be started on some standard medications tomorrow. A multi-vitamin, along with some mood stabilizers. It's standard practice, even if you feel like you don't need them, everyone gets them and you are no special case. After a psychiatric evaluation from your therapist and a standard check up from me, you may be given more.

Either way, welcome to the nut house.

I'm Doctor Cox, by the way, and I'll be your physician.

That's perfectly fair. I'm not the medical expert here, so that decision is in your presumably capable hands.
