Tonight we watched The Other Boleyn Girl, and I must say I am very displeased. It's very unfortunate because the cast was pretty amazing, Natalie Portman was great as Anne Boleyn, and Scarlett Johansen was great for Mary. However, whoever adapted the script from the novel should have HIS head chopped off, because it was NOTHING like the book. I

They completely forgot about William Carey! He was married to Mary, then just disappeared and she married the other guy at the end- I know that happens in the book, but they didn't even bother to say how Carey died or anything. I was doubly disappointed because he's one of my fave actors....

But yeah, I do agree, it was adapted pretty badly.
