I'm pondering adding a third, dark chocolate influence into the mix :), improvisation is a wonderful thing.

Back in the day I used to be quite the little chef (pun intended) but I specialised in baking and cakes, this weekend shall be an experiment of sorts to see if I still have it!

I love cooking and baking is one of my favourite activities to relax me.
