The message we received was flashed on every screen of every computer in the city, then repeated in Morse code. It went as follows:

THIS MESSAGE IS CLASSIFIED
UNIT H85244
SPECIAL SECTION CFP-TCI
PRIORITY ONE REQUEST COORDINATES/STATUS RE:
CV-102
CV-108
CV-109
TRANSMISSION IN THE BLINDZONE: I.D. REQUIRED
REQUEST IMMEDIATE RESPONSE
END TRANSMISSION

For the note, it was found by the people investigation the Blue line. To quote one member of the team,

"Several paths were blocked off, but we finally found one... The passage towards Chambers I believe it was. About halfway down it was lit up... The lights were freshly strung. I had assumed, as I'm sure many of you have, that no one dared to venture into the subway...

Also, while we were there, Agent Brea, Vincent and myself came across this note. It's typed, not handwritten."

Apparently a man named Vincent has photos of the location.

As for other occurrences...well, I think that's something that I'd be better off filling you in on in person. A lot has been happening.

Identical CV numbers. It seems whatever they are, they're rather important.

The unit number in that message. A letter followed by 5 digits. Those are present all through the new one.

I wouldn't be opposed to a meeting.

Interesting...

I wouldn't be either.

So we could assume, those are units.

Do you have any subway maps?

I haven't seen or heard from Matsumoto either. I'd ask Yachiru, they're both apart of that Women's society thing, right?

Don't worry though, we have some extra gikongan if you wanna come to the Mansfield and pick up one. They don't work the same here though...the soul doesn't seem to take effect, it just pops you out without a replacement. So, be careful if you use it in the middle of a crab encounter cause those things might bite your gigai and then you'll be in trouble.

I believe so, but I fail to see what that has to do with this situation.

Understood. As long as they remove the gigai, that is acceptable. I'll come by soon for one.

It would seem Harry already answered your question on where the note was found.

The area... it was impeccable.

What could they have been doing there to need such a clean area...

A storage area for food, maybe.

Orihime's missing two. That doesn't seem like a coincidence.

I've gathered. Have people vanished like this before?
